Review by hotel critic
As a history enthusiast who often finds himself drawn to the tales of bygone eras in Central Europe, my recent gourmet getaway at Best Inn in the serene forests of Poland was a delightful journey through both gastronomy and relaxation. Upon arrival, the welcoming atmosphere of the quaint inn instantly put me at ease. the charming forest enveloping the property was a pleasant surprise, offering a tranquil respite from the bustle of daily life. My room was not only comfortable but exuded elegance, providing a perfect retreat after a day of exploration. The highlight of my stay was undoubtedly the dinner at the hotel's restaurant. Delving into the menu, I discovered culinary innovations that transcended the ordinary. the tomato soup, while not to my taste, was the only minor misstep in an otherwise impeccable dining experience. I found myself captivated by the array of fresh salads, each boasting a unique blend of flavors and textures. the potatoes with dill, a seemingly simple dish, showcased the chef's mastery in elevating humble ingredients to culinary art. As a cycling aficionado, the energy-boosting combination of peas with carrots left me invigorated for the day ahead. The restaurant's ambiance added an extra layer of enjoyment to the meal. the rustic charm combined with attentive service created a dining experience that was both refined and welcoming. the bar proved to be a treasure trove, offering a plethora of drink options to complement the exquisite flavors on offer. Although the breakfast was satisfactory, it didn't quite reach the culinary heights of the dinner experience. For fellow food enthusiasts seeking a retreat that marries gastronomy with tranquility, this hidden gem in the heart of the forest is an unmissable destination. I eagerly anticipate my return to savor more of the culinary delights and explore further the historical landscapes of Poland that surround this idyllic retreat.
